I started working with Mont when a friend and I were planning our first trip to Iceland.  A hot spot for photographers then and still but we were going in winter and wanted to camp out at locations as we made our lap around the island.  I needed a proper winter tent and sleeping bag so Mont provided the gear and me images of the trip. 

  Fast forward 3 years and I am shooting all my adventures while using my Mont gear and feel very fortunate to have the support of this great brand and the opportunity to travel to amazing places like Iceland, Scotland, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Tasmania and Canada.

  The client requirements are quite simple or so it would appear.  Photograph images while out on an adventure.  It’s a challenging balance between capturing a “staged” and “genuine” image.  By this I mean all shots are genuine as I was there but capturing something unique or inspiring to others but still capturing the products is more work than meets the eye.  

  Mont have been using my images in various ways since the first image of the Epoch tent beneath the cold wintery mountain of Vesturhorn in merchandise tags, printed banners, large format print in shop and online.  Subsequent images have filled pages in their catalogues, social media posts and more.
